This wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio and has undergone skin contact (maceration) for several days, which adds both color, structure and aroma. "Ramoro" refers to the coppery hue (ramato) that the wine takes on, as Pinot Grigio actually has pink skins that release color during fermentation with the must. This results in an
