Vesterhavsmost Topaz is the one of our juices with the most tannins. Topaz is a beautiful yellow apple with red cheeks. Like Pirouette Rubinstep, it was originally developed by the famous pomologist Dokter Tupi in the Czech Republic. There, over decades, they have developed a number of new, healthy varieties, several of which we cultivate in our orchard.
